Rufre acquires new Test Bench Bosch EPS 708
The new Test Bench Bosch EPS 708 allows working at pressures up to 2,500 bars and allows checking Common Rail Piezo-electric injectors, as well as generates the IMA code for the injectors checked.
First ISO6-certified CleanRoom
Rufre is the first Diesel laboratory in Spain to have a ISO 6-certified cleanroom for the assembly of Common Rail Injectors, which enables us to guarantee the optimum quality of our reconstructed products .
First DENSO C.Rail Injector Laboratory
Rufre has been appointed as the Pilot Laboratory in Spain for DENSO Common Rail Injectors. Following almost a year of preparations, reconstruction of Denso C.Rail injectors for Toyota vehicles has begun.
3rd stage of repair of the BOSCH C.Rail injectors
Rufre has successfully implemented the third stage of repair of the Bosch C.Rail Injectors.
This stage enables the complete reconstruction of the injector, following the procedures of the manufacturer Bosch.
New CRI Bench for DELPHI C.Rail Injectors
With the acquisition of the new Hartridge CRI Bench, Rufre now tests and reconditions the Delphi C2I (16 Digit) injectors and the new Delphi C3I (20 Digit).
